For Employers: This includes company registration certificates (Trade License, Tax Registration, MOA/Charter), corporate domain emails, authorized signatory details, and internship role specifications.

Technical Data: We collect essential session logs, encrypted authentication tokens, and device metadata required to safeguard account integrity and prevent malicious harvesting.

Candidate profiles, contact details, and portfolio artifacts are shared with registered employers solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for specific internship or fellowship opportunities.

Absolute Prohibition on Data Brokerage: Gokboru will NEVER sell, lease, commercialize, or trade candidate or employer information to data brokers, third-party marketing networks, or lead generators.

Anti-Scraping Protection: Automated scraping, bulk downloading, indexing, or harvesting of candidate resumes and portfolios is strictly prohibited and protected by automated rate-limiting and security safeguards.

All sensitive corporate verification documents, candidate identity credentials, and contracts are stored using industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest within secure cloud vaults.

Data in transit across client browsers and our API services is protected using TLS 1.3 transport encryption.

Access to sensitive candidate and employer documentation is strictly limited to authorized Gokboru compliance personnel and vetted hiring managers with active placement authority.

GDPR Compliance (European Union / UK): For candidates or employers in the European Economic Area, we process data under legitimate interest and explicit contractual consent. You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, and request the complete erasure of your personal data.

India DPDP Act (Digital Personal Data Protection Act): We adhere to national data fiduciary standards, ensuring transparent consent management, restricted purpose processing, and accessible grievance redressal.

Cross-Border Transfer Protections: International data transfers necessary for overseas placements are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and mutual confidentiality commitments.

We retain candidate profiles and employer documentation only for as long as your account remains active or as required by applicable international employment audit statutes.

Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal artifacts at any time by contacting privacy@gokboru.tech. Upon verification, your profile, resumes, and identification documents will be securely expunged within 30 days.

We use strictly essential cookies and secure HTTP-only session tokens necessary to maintain your authenticated login state and interface preferences (e.g. dark/light theme).

We do not utilize invasive cross-site advertising trackers or third-party behavioral advertising cookies.
